ASTM A249 TP347H SS Welded Condenser Tubes introduction
ASTM A249 TP347H welded condenser tube is specially designed for high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environment. It complies with ASME/ASTM international standards and is widely used in power plants, petrochemical, nuclear power and industrial waste heat recovery equipment. Compared with ordinary TP347 (C≤0.08%), the creep resistance at high temperature is improved by more than 15%, supporting long-term stable operation below 850°C.

What is the difference between TP347H and TP321H?
TP347H: Stabilized by niobium (Nb), Nb content ≥10×C and ≤1.10%, can preferentially combine with carbon to form NbC, avoid Cr₂₃C₆ precipitation at grain boundaries, and has better resistance to intergranular corrosion.
TP321H: Stabilized by titanium (Ti), Ti content ≥5×C and ≤0.70%, high temperature strength is slightly inferior to TP347H, and the maximum operating temperature is 750°C (TP347H is 850°C).
