ASTM A249 TP310S stainless steel condenser pipe is a low carbon (≤ 0.08%) austenitic stainless steel, corresponding to UNS S31008, with 25% chromium (Cr) and 20% nickel (Ni).
High temperature oxidation resistance: It can resist oxidation in high temperature environments up to 1093°C (2000°F), suitable for extreme high temperature conditions.
Intergranular corrosion resistance: The low carbon design reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion during welding or long-term high temperature, which is better than conventional TP310 steel (higher carbon content).
Good processing performance: The austenitic structure gives it excellent cold formability and weldability, suitable for the manufacture of complex condenser structures.
