ASTM A312 TP310S Steel Pipes For High Temperature introduction
ASTM A312 TP310S high-temperature stainless steel pipe is a high chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel pipe with excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance (up to 1200°C) and strong carburization resistance. It is widely used in high-temperature industrial piping systems.
ASTM A312 TP310S stainless steel round pipe contains ≤0.08% carbon, 24.0–26.0% chromium, and 19.0–22.0% nickel. It offers outstanding high-temperature performance, with a continuous service temperature up to 1100°C and an intermittent service temperature up to 1200°C. It effectively resists high-temperature oxidation and carburization corrosion, thereby preventing "carburization embrittlement." In comparison, conventional 304/309S materials are more prone to strength loss due to carbon penetration.
We supply ASTM A312/ASME SA312 TP310S stainless steel pipes for high-temperature applications, available in both seamless and straight seam welded types. Specifications cover outer diameters from 1/8 inch (3.18 mm) to 30 inches (762 mm), with wall thickness ranging from SCH 5S to XXS series. Length options include 4–12 m fixed lengths, 15–24 ft single random lengths, or customized lengths upon request. Surface treatments include pickling and passivation, as well as high-temperature annealing. We also support customization for special requirements such as ultra-thin walls (≤0.35 mm) and large diameters (≥φ610 mm).
All ASTM A312 TP310S stainless steel pipes undergo hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times the design pressure, along with eddy current and ultrasonic non-destructive testing. Dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled within ±1% for outer diameter and ±10% for wall thickness. All products are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and third-party inspection reports.
