The intergranular corrosion resistance of stainless steel 321 square tube is 3 times higher than that of 304 stainless steel (ASTM A262 E method test passed). It can be used for a long time at 650℃ and withstand a high temperature of 850℃ in a short time. It is suitable for temperature fluctuations in heat treatment furnaces, kilns, etc., reducing the risk of pipeline failure caused by intergranular corrosion.
The wall thickness range of TP321 square tube for precision machinery is 0.8-3.0mm, which meets the balance between lightweight and high strength. It is 40% lighter than the same specification carbon steel tube and is suitable for structural support parts of aerospace and precision instruments.
