ASTM A312 is a specification specifically for the manufacturing requirements and mechanical properties of austenitic stainless steel seamless and welded pipes. This standard covers pipes ranging from 1/8 inch (6.4mm) to 30 inches (760mm) in diameter, with thicknesses ranging from standard (SCH 5S) to form XXS (SCH XXS), meeting the different needs of different industries for stainless steel pipes.

ASTM A312 high temperature welded pipe is made of austenitic stainless steel (such as TP309S, TP310S, TP347, etc.) through high frequency welding (ERW) or argon arc welding (TIG) process. It is specially designed for high temperature environment of 600-1200℃ and has excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation, carburization and sulfidation. It is widely used in boilers, petrochemicals, heat treatment equipment and waste gas incineration systems, and is the core component of high temperature medium transportation and structural support.
