ASTM A312 TP347 High Frequency Welded Pipe Made of austenitic stainless steel (UNS S34700) containing niobium (Nb), formed by high frequency resistance welding (ERW) process, it has excellent high temperature intergranular corrosion resistance and high efficiency welding characteristics, and is suitable for fluid transportation in high temperature, high pressure and sensitized environments.

ASTM A312 TP347 high-frequency welded pipe is formed by high-frequency current heating: the weld heat-affected zone is narrow (≤1mm), reducing grain coarsening and maintaining the corrosion resistance of the parent material. After welding, deburring and solution annealing (1040-1100℃ rapid cooling) are optional to ensure that the mechanical properties of the weld are consistent with the parent material, and the corrosion resistance is significantly better than ordinary 304 stainless steel.
ASTM A312 TP347 stainless steel welded pipes undergo 100% eddy current testing (ET) + water pressure testing (≥1.5 times the working pressure) before leaving the factory. The weld has no pores or cracks, meeting the stringent requirements of ASTM A312 for welded pipes.
