310S is the low-carbon version of 310 stainless steel and is suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to 1000°C. It maintains its shape and resists oxidation in high-temperature environments such as industrial furnace linings and hot air ducts. Its resistance to deformation and cracking at elevated temperatures reduces the frequency of shutdowns and maintenance. The service life of 310S perforated sheets is 3 to 5 times longer than that of 304 perforated sheets.
The round hole of 310S perforated stainless steel sheets (with hole diameters available from 0.5 mm to 100 mm) ensures both structural rigidity (tensile strength ≥ 520 MPa) and functionality such as uniform ventilation, filtration, or noise reduction. For example, in waste incineration plants, it can meet both heat dissipation and particle retention requirements.
310S stainless steel sheets can be processed into round, square, slotted, or custom-shaped holes using laser cutting, stamping, or CNC punching. It retains good toughness after cold working without the need for annealing. Perforated UNS S31000 / S31008 stainless steel plates are widely used in arc furnace baffles, chemical equipment, architectural facades and cladding, and ventilation panels in industrial facilities.
