What is 310S stainless steel hot rolled plate ?
310S stainless steel hot-rolled plate (national standard 06Cr25Ni20, American standard ASTM A240 310S) is a high chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel containing 25% Cr+20% Ni. It has ultra-high high-temperature oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength, making it the preferred material for extreme high-temperature environments of 800-1200℃. It is widely used in industrial furnaces, heat treatment equipment, high-temperature exhaust gas treatment devices and other scenarios.

310S hot rolled sheet is rolled at high temperature (thickness 3-20mm), and cold rolled sheet is further cold rolled from hot rolled sheet (thickness 0.5-3mm). The face-centered cubic lattice of 310S austenitic stainless steel sheet is stable at high temperature, reducing grain coarsening and creep deformation, and the tensile strength is maintained at ≥200MPa at 600-1100℃.
Welding and heat treatment of 310S Stainless Steel Sheet
Match ER310 welding wire (25Cr-20Ni) or E310 welding rod to ensure that the weld composition is consistent with the parent material. The factory state is solution annealed (1100-1150℃ fast cooling), and can be directly processed without additional heat treatment.

The conventional thickness of 310S stainless steel plate supplied by GNEE is 3-20mm (customizable to 50mm) and the width is 1500-2500mm, which meets the requirements of large-scale high-temperature equipment. The surface treatment is hot-rolled pickling surface (2D) to remove the oxide scale, which is convenient for subsequent spraying, welding or machining. Pre-treatment such as sandblasting and oiling can be provided.
