It has outstanding fatigue resistance and impact resistance, and can maintain structural stability after perforation. It is suitable for load-bearing scenarios such as high-pressure pipeline filtration and heavy equipment support. Its performance is stable in the range of -40℃ to 300℃. No heat treatment is required after welding to avoid intergranular corrosion. It is suitable for working conditions such as boiler high-temperature flue gas filtration and steam pipeline heat dissipation orifice plates.
We support customized thickness of 3-100mm, width of 1000-3500mm, and length of 2000-6000mm, which can be adjusted as needed. We support laser/stamping processing of special-shaped holes to meet personalized needs such as pipeline filtration and equipment protection.
