Product Description
Bright annealed stainless steel sheet (BA sheet) is heated (usually 600-1100℃) and slowly cooled to eliminate internal stress of the material, improve ductility and corrosion resistance. Annealing in a protective gas environment (such as hydrogen, nitrogen) prevents surface oxidation and maintains metallic luster. Surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm (between ordinary annealed sheet and mirror sheet).

Reasons to choose GNEE
GNEE uses vacuum or protective gas (such as H₂/N₂) annealing process to ensure that the surface is free of oxidation and uniformly softened (hardness HV 120-180), in line with ASTM A666 or EN 10088-2 standards. The PLC system accurately controls the temperature and time to ensure that the elongation of the plate is ≥40% (304 material) to avoid work hardening.
