GNEE is a professional producer and manufacturer of 904L stainless steel pipes. The 904L seamless pipes we supply comply with ASTM A213, A269, and A312 standards. They can be manufactured as seamless pipes through cold drawing and are also available in forms such as coils and straight lengths.
ASME SA213 N08904 stainless steel seamless pipes we supply are suitable for boilers, superheaters, heat exchanger tubes, and high-temperature service conditions. They are made of low-carbon, high-alloy austenitic stainless steel with a chemical composition containing high levels of Cr, Ni, and Mo, with the addition of Cu. The pitting resistance equivalent number (PREN) can reach ≥ 40, which is significantly higher than that of 316/316L (PREN ≈ 24–26). In addition, ASME SA213 N08904 heat exchanger tubes exhibit good oxidation resistance; however, like other high-alloy steels, 904L alloy should not be used at temperatures above approximately 400 °C. These pipes are suitable for seawater cooling equipment, acidic chemical production, gas scrubbing, condenser tubes, as well as oil and gas, pharmaceutical, control, and instrumentation piping systems under severe corrosive conditions.

Packaging and Marking
Packaging shall be in bundles or laminated wooden crates, wrapped in plastic, and appropriate protective measures shall be taken to ensure seaworthiness for transport or as required.
Marking shall comply with the provisions of A1016/A1016M specifications and shall include whether the pipes are hot-worked or cold-worked, including but not limited to: standard, grade, size, furnace number, and batch number.
