321 stainless steel capillary (UNS S32100): low carbon titanium stabilized austenitic steel, mainly resistant to high temperature oxidation and intergranular corrosion below 700°C, suitable for chemical pipelines and heat exchangers;
321H stainless steel capillary (UNS S32109): high carbon reinforced type, focusing on 850°C long-term high temperature and high pressure scenarios, meeting ASME boiler and pressure vessel standards (such as power station superheater tubes).

Advantages of 321 321H Stainless Steel Capillary Pipe
321H stainless steel capillary tube is a high carbon modified version of 321 stainless steel. The carbon content is higher than that of 321 stainless steel. The high carbon content makes 321H stainless steel have better strength and stability in high temperature environment, especially in oxidizing medium. 321H is more resistant to acid corrosion at lower temperatures.
The high temperature resistance range of 321 stainless steel precision tube is roughly between 427~816℃, and 321H can withstand higher temperatures due to its high carbon content. It is usually used in environments exceeding 538℃
321H stainless steel capillary tube is often used as a heat-resistant steel material due to its excellent high temperature resistance and creep resistance. It is suitable for manufacturing steel pipes and pipe fittings such as boiler superheaters, heat exchangers, condensers, catalytic tubes, and cracking tube devices.
