What is 1.4401 Stainless Steel Plate & Coil?

W.Nr. 1.4401 is a molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel plate & coil (corresponding to SUS316), upgraded from 1.4301. Its molybdenum addition significantly improves chloride corrosion resistance, suitable for coastal, marine and weak corrosive industrial scenarios.
