What is 1.4571 Stainless Steel Plate & Coil?
W.Nr. 1.4571 is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel plate & coil (corresponding to SUS316Ti), using titanium to fix carbon atoms to prevent intergranular corrosion. It integrates corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability, suitable for high-temperature welding components in chemical, petroleum and power industries.

Core Characteristics
• Titanium stabilization: Fixes carbon atoms, preventing post-weld intergranular corrosion, ensuring stable performance of welded plate/coil components • Dual protection performance: Combines molybdenum's chloride corrosion resistance and titanium's high-temperature stability, superior to 1.4401 in high-temp corrosive scenarios • Elevated high-temperature limit: Up to 900°C, higher than 1.4401/1.4404, suitable for high-temperature process plates/coils • Reliable weldability: No obvious performance attenuation after welding, adapting to complex welding structures in high-end industrial equipment
