Seamless ASTM A270 TP304 sanitary stainless steel tubing is manufactured using an extrusion process, where heated steel billets are extruded through a die, eliminating the need for welding. This results in higher strength and load-bearing capacity compared to welded tubing.

ASME SA270 304 welded stainless steel tubing is made from rolled steel sheet or strip and joined in-house using advanced welding techniques. These welded tubes meet ASME SA270 Gr 304 standards, offering a long service life and maintaining performance even under harsh conditions.
