We supply ASTM A240 UNS S32750 (2507) super duplex stainless steel plates with a precisely controlled 50/50 ferrite-austenite duplex microstructure. The material is manufactured through electric furnace + AOD refining, solution annealed at 1050–1100°C, followed by precision rolling and surface finishing. Especially in the fabrication of large pressure vessels or heat exchanger tube sheets, plate flatness directly affects the accuracy of subsequent cutting and welding processes.
Production Process of 2507 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Plates

Dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled within ±0.1–±0.3 mm, with optional 2B, pickled, or polished surface finishes.
UNS S32750 stainless steel plates feature a PREN value ≥45, offering far superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion compared with 2205 and 316L. Their resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking is 8–10 times greater than 316L, with no rust observed after 48-hour salt spray testing. The service life is more than three times longer than conventional austenitic stainless steel.
Before delivery, all SS 2507 plates undergo ultrasonic and eddy current inspection, with 100% qualified hydrostatic testing. The finished product qualification rate reaches ≥99.8%. EN 10204 3.2 certificates, SGS/TUV certifications, and complete material test reports are available upon request.

2507 (UNS S32750, 1.4410) is a super duplex stainless steel, whereas 2205 (UNS S32205/S31803, 1.4462) is a standard duplex stainless steel; 2507 serves as a high-performance upgrade to 2205. 2507 possesses superior strength, with a yield strength (≥550 MPa) approximately 25% higher than that of 2205 (≥450 MPa), though its ductility and toughness are slightly lower.
