Our 304 stainless steel coil tubing features precisely controlled chemical composition (Cr 18.0–20.0%, Ni 8.0–10.5%), offering excellent corrosion resistance and formability. The bright annealed surface is clean and free of oxide scale, with a surface roughness (Ra) ≤ 0.6 μm, making it an ideal choice for instrumentation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

We offer a wide specification range, with outer diameters from 3 mm to 25 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm. Dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.05 mm. The tubing is supplied in continuous coil form, with single coil lengths up to 1000 meters. Each coil undergoes eddy current testing, hydrostatic testing, and hardness inspection, and is supplied with a complete MTC 3.1 certificate.

 

For instrumentation systems and hydraulic lines, even minor impurities inside the tubing can cause valve blockages. Hardness is typically controlled below 90 HRB; excessive hardness may lead to cracking or poor sealing during bending or ferrule connections. GNEE's 304 stainless steel coil tubing is specially cleaned, dried, and fitted with end caps to prevent dust contamination during transportation.
