SS 316L U channels are supplied with a standard mill finish, with optional surface treatments including pickling and passivation, brushed finish (No.4), and bright annealing to meet different application requirements. We offer both standard and customized U channel specifications, with flange height (leg length) ranging from 15 mm to 150 mm and wall thickness from 2.0 mm to 12 mm. The maximum length per piece can reach up to 6 meters, with dimensional tolerances strictly controlled within ±0.1 mm. All U channels undergo heat treatment or pickling processes, straightening, and comprehensive inspections for straightness, density, and surface quality.
