The ASTM A790 UNS 31803 seamless pipes we supply perform excellently in pulp digestion (H₂SO₄/NaOH medium) and chlorine bleaching processes. A PREN of 32-35 ensures its resistance to chlorinated organic acid corrosion is more than 50% higher than that of 316L; the corrosion rate in 5% H₂SO₄ solution (80℃) is ≤0.06mm/year, and the corrosion rate in 10% NaOH solution (60℃) is ≤0.09mm/year. Its tensile strength of ≥620MPa allows it to operate stably under pulp conveying pressure (up to 10MPa) and resist pulp fiber abrasion, meeting the material standards for papermaking equipment.
