ASTM A790 UNS S32750 specifies seamless and welded ferritic/austenitic stainless steel pipes. As a super duplex stainless steel, UNS S32750 pipes are designed for high-strength and highly corrosive applications.
UNS S32750 pipes (F53 / 1.4501) exhibit excellent resistance to localized corrosion in seawater and other chloride-containing environments, with a Critical Pitting Temperature (CPT) typically above 50°C. Compared with conventional austenitic stainless steels and 22% chromium duplex steels, S32750 offers higher strength and superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it ideal for chemical, oil & gas, marine, and energy industries.
Additionally, UNS S32750 alloy pipes comply with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 standards, suitable for acidic environments, and are ASME-certified for pressure vessel fabrication.
