ASTM B407 UNS N08800 Seamless Annealed Pipe for Ethylene Cracking

ASTM B407 UNS N08800 Seamless Annealed Pipe is designed specifically for ethylene cracking furnaces. Made from a nickel-iron-chromium alloy (45.0-48.0% nickel, 30.0-35.0% iron, and 19.0-23.0% chromium), it is enhanced with aluminum (0.15-0.60%) and titanium (0.15-0.60%) for carbide stability. The solution annealing process optimizes the grain structure, resulting in a tensile strength of 500-700 MPa and a yield strength of ≥210 MPa, while maintaining excellent thermal cycling ductility.

All pipes are supplied with a mill test certificate (EN 10204 3.1) and optional third-party corrosion and metallurgical analysis reports, ensuring compliance with ASME and petrochemical industry standards for critical high-temperature process piping.
