EN 10216-5 applies to seamless round pipes made from austenitic stainless steels (including creep-resistant steels) and duplex stainless steels. These pipes are primarily used in pressure vessels and applications requiring high corrosion resistance. The 1.4841 stainless steel seamless pipe (certified to CE, DNV, PED, TÜV, and EN 10216-5) is a high-temperature austenitic stainless steel compliant with the European standard EN 10216-5, used for manufacturing seamless pipes.
GNEE's 1.4841 seamless stainless steel pipes are heat- and high-temperature-resistant pipes made from EN 310 grade stainless steel (also known as AISI 310 or UNS S31000). They are manufactured using hot finishing and cold finishing processes, along with heat treatment for descaling and bright annealing. The inner and outer surface finishes of the pipes meet the typical requirements of the manufacturing process. With high chromium and nickel content, they exhibit excellent oxidation resistance, sulfur resistance, and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. The outer diameter is categorized into four grades (D1, D2, D3, and D4), and the wall thickness is divided into four grades (T1, T2, T3, and T4). Pipes with tighter tolerances can be provided upon request. Our factory meets the TC1 and TC2 testing requirements, making these pipes suitable for applications requiring high strength and toughness under extreme conditions, such as furnace components, burner heads, and heat exchangers.
