The most common stainless steel sheet grades include 304, 316L, and 430:
304: The most widely used grade, offering good corrosion resistance and formability. Commonly applied in kitchen equipment, household items, and public facilities.
316L: Contains molybdenum for enhanced resistance to acids and chloride corrosion, making it ideal for marine environments, chemical equipment, and medical industries

430: A ferritic stainless steel with relatively lower cost and good heat resistance, often used in appliance panels or building materials.
