In a recent international project, GNEE successfully completed the production and delivery of 304 stainless steel H-beams to a key Algerian client. This project fully demonstrated our end-to-end service capabilities, from technical consultation and order confirmation to rigorous quality inspection, secure packaging, and on-time delivery.
The client is a large EPC contractor headquartered in Algeria who, due to its coastal environment, had stringent requirements for the corrosion resistance and structural strength of the H-beams.
Our engineering team provided: detailed material comparison (304 vs. 316), load-bearing capacity calculations, and surface treatment recommendations (pickling and passivation). After multiple technical discussions, 304 stainless steel H-beams were ultimately selected.

Quality Inspection and Testing:
All H-beams underwent rigorous inspection before shipment: 100% dimensional inspection, ultrasonic testing (UT) to detect internal defects, and spectral analysis to verify chemical composition. Third-party inspection by SGS ensured full compliance with customer specifications.
Inspection Results: Pass Rate: 100% No surface cracks, inclusions, or deformations detected.
To ensure safe long-distance transport, we used export-grade packaging: waterproof PVC film, impact-resistant corner protectors, and steel strapping.
