ASTM A403 WP316 45-degree elbow alters the direction of a pipeline by 45 degrees. It is employed in scenarios with specific layout requirements-such as within a building's water supply and drainage systems-where a diagonal change in piping direction is necessary. This component helps minimize fluid resistance and, compared to a 90-degree elbow, can in certain situations provide a smoother path for fluid flow.

ASTM A403 WP316 90-degree elbow is the most common type of stainless steel elbow; it allows for a perpendicular change in piping direction. It is widely utilized in ventilation duct systems within industrial plants, chemical piping systems, as well as in the plumbing installations of residential kitchens and bathrooms.

 

ASTM A403 WP316 180-degree elbow also known as a U-bend reverses the direction of a pipeline by 180 degrees. All wooden packaging complies with the international ISPM 15 standard (requiring no fumigation treatment), ensuring smooth customs clearance at major ports worldwide without the need for additional fumigation certificates.
