What Is 1.4016 stainless steel seamless pipe?
1.4016 stainless steel pipe, also known as X6Cr17 or AISI 430 stainless steel pipe, is a low-carbon chromium stainless steel alloy with high high temperature strength and oxidation resistance. It can be used to manufacture high-temperature heat exchangers, furnace components, heating elements, etc. At the same time, the corrosion resistance is 80% of 304 stainless steel, but the cost is reduced by 30%, which is suitable for manufacturing kitchenware, hotel equipment and medical equipment.
1.4016 stainless steel round tube has good machinability and can be made into thin-walled tubes (wall thickness 0.5-10mm) through cold working, hot working, welding and other processes of plastic deformation, with a forming accuracy of ±0.05mm. During the cold working process, proper annealing treatment can improve its plasticity and ductility.
