High temperature oxidation resistance: ASTM A213 TP316 stainless steel heat exchanger tubes contain 16-18% chromium, forming a dense Cr₂O₃ oxide film at high temperatures, effectively resisting the oxidation corrosion of steam and flue gas, and can withstand the high temperature of 870℃ (short-term peak of 1000℃) during continuous operation of the boiler.
Creep resistance: ASTM A213 TP316 SS Seamless Pipe optimizes the nickel (10-14%) and molybdenum (2-3%) content, so that the material still maintains high strength at high temperatures, preventing the pipe from deforming or rupturing under long-term pressure.
ASME certification: It complies with the ASME BPVC Section I standard and is suitable for high-pressure equipment such as power station boilers and industrial boilers.
