SS 316 316L Hydraulic Pipe Introduction
UNS S31600/S31603 stainless steel precision tube is an austenitic stainless steel tube specially designed for high-pressure hydraulic systems. It has high strength, corrosion resistance and excellent sealing properties, meeting the stringent requirements of hydraulic systems for pressure resistance, fatigue resistance and media compatibility.

SS 316/316L hydraulic pipes achieve a pressure bearing capacity of 20-100MPa through seamless processing, and are suitable for dynamic load scenarios such as high-pressure plunger pumps and hydraulic cylinders.
SS 316/316L honed stainless steel tubing has 2-3% molybdenum element to strengthen the ability to resist pitting and crevice corrosion, and has excellent performance against mineral oil, synthetic oil, emulsion and coolant containing trace chloride ions, effectively avoiding medium contamination and pipeline failure.
SS 316/316L stainless steel seamless pipes use cold drawing process to refine grains, with an elongation of ≥40%, and vibration fatigue resistance that is 3 times higher than that of carbon steel, significantly reducing the risk of cracks under high-pressure pulses and ensuring long-term stable operation of the hydraulic system.
