Product Advantages
High temperature 1.4550 alloy steel tube continuously generates dense oxide layer at high temperature, and the grain boundary structure strengthened by niobium can still resist intergranular corrosion in long-term service at 400-900℃, which is better than the performance of ordinary austenitic stainless steel in the sensitization temperature range. At 800℃, the tensile strength still maintains more than 70% of the room temperature value, which is better than the high temperature creep performance of 321 stainless steel (1.4541), and is suitable for high temperature furnace tubes, nuclear power pipelines, etc.
The outer diameter tolerance of 1.4550 stainless steel cold-rolled tube is ±0.1%, and the wall thickness tolerance is ±0.05mm, which meets the precision assembly requirements of nuclear power main pipelines, aerospace sensor pipelines, etc. After bright annealing, the surface roughness (Ra) is ≤0.8μm, which reduces fluid resistance and bacterial attachment, and can be directly used in food aseptic filling equipment.
It also supports TIG, MIG, laser welding and other processes, and the welding material recommended is ER347 (containing niobium filler material).
