ASME SA249 TP321 welded stainless steel pipe for condenser is austenitic stainless steel. Titanium (Ti) is added to stabilize carbon, thereby improving its resistance to intergranular corrosion. It has good high temperature strength and corrosion resistance, and is often used in various equipment and piping systems in high temperature environments.
TP321 SS welded pipes are usually supplied in a solution treated state. Solution treatment is to heat the pipe to a certain temperature (usually 920 - 1150℃), keep it warm for a certain period of time, and then cool it quickly to fully dissolve elements such as carbon and titanium in austenite, thereby obtaining a uniform structure and good performance.

What are the advantages of TP321 pipes compared with TP304 TP316 stainless steel pipes?
Intergranular corrosion resistance: TP321 fixes carbon by adding titanium, avoiding the precipitation of carbides at the grain boundaries during welding or high-temperature use, thereby significantly improving the ability to resist intergranular corrosion, which is beyond the reach of TP304 and TP316.
High temperature performance: In high temperature environments, TP321 has better strength and oxidation resistance than TP304, and has better stability under certain specific high temperature conditions than TP316.
