Class 3/4: single-sided welding with optional filler wire, balancing performance and cost, suitable for chemical heat exchangers and molten salt storage tanks.
Heat treatment: 1000-1100℃ solution annealing to eliminate welding stress, ensure that the weld area is consistent with the parent material performance, and the elongation is ≥40%.
Surface treatment: pickling and passivation to remove oxide scale, roughness Ra≤3.2μm, improve pitting resistance.
