Welding recommendations:
Welding material selection: ER308 (C≤0.08%) or ER308L (C≤0.03%, for TP304L or strict corrosion resistance scenarios), shielding gas is 99.99% argon (flow rate 10–15 L/min).
Welding process: Use TIG or pulsed MIG welding, control heat input ≤1.5 kJ/mm, interlayer temperature ≤150°C, avoid overheating of the weld to cause grain coarsening.
Installation notes:
Avoid strong butt joints to reduce welding stress; use stainless steel gaskets (such as 304 metal wound gaskets) when connecting flanges to prevent galvanic corrosion.
