What is 316Ti cold rolled stainless steel plate?
316Ti cold-rolled stainless steel plate is an improved product based on 316 stainless steel (0Cr17Ni12Mo2). It achieves carbon stabilization by adding titanium (Ti≥5×C%). It has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and processing performance. It is widely used in harsh environments such as chemical industry, nuclear power, and food machinery.

Advantages of 316Ti stainless steel metal plates
What are the main differences between 316Ti and 316L stainless steel plates?
Composition differences: 316Ti contains titanium (Ti) stabilizing elements, while 316L is ultra-low carbon (C≤0.03%) stainless steel.
Intergranular corrosion resistance: 316Ti generates TiC by combining titanium and carbon to avoid chromium depletion at the grain boundaries. Its intergranular corrosion resistance after welding is better than that of 316L, and it is especially suitable for scenes that require heat treatment or long-term high-temperature service.
High-temperature strength: 316Ti has better creep resistance above 600°C, while 316L focuses more on room-temperature corrosion resistance (such as seawater and dilute acid).
