Overview

1.4919 is a high-strength, heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel, engineered for high-temperature and high-pressure applications in European industrial sectors. Composed of 19.00-22.00% chromium, 10.00-13.00% nickel, and 2.50-3.50% molybdenum, it offers exceptional creep strength and corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures (up to 750°C continuous service). It also contains trace amounts of titanium and niobium for stabilization, preventing intergranular corrosion during welding and high-temperature service. Its austenitic structure ensures non-magnetic properties and good ductility, making it suitable for critical high-temperature pressure-bearing components.

Typical Mechanical Properties (Annealed Condition)

Tensile Strength (Rm): ≥ 550 MPa; Yield Strength (Rp0.2): ≥ 220 MPa; Elongation (A): ≥ 35%; Brinell Hardness (HB): ≤ 217
