TP304 stainless steel tubing contains 18% Cr and 8% Ni, offering excellent resistance to atmospheric and mild acid/alkali corrosion, with short-term heat resistance up to 850°C and long-term stable service temperature up to 550°C. TP304L, with low carbon content (C≤0.03%), completely eliminates the risk of welding sensitization and intergranular corrosion, making it suitable for applications operating between 450–850°C.

 

The 304 stainless steel coil tubing we supply can reach a maximum continuous length of 1300 meters, minimizing the need for welded joints. Its continuous installation design significantly shortens construction time and reduces leakage risks. The surface is treated by pickling or bright annealing, achieving Ra≤0.8μm for a clean and easy-to-maintain finish.
