ASTM A269 TP316L stainless steel BA tube, also known as clean tubing, gas line tubing, high-purity gas pipeline tubing, or instrumentation tubing, is mainly manufactured through multi-roll cold rolling combined with a bright annealing process. During controlled-atmosphere solution annealing, the tubing achieves clean, bright, and low-roughness inner and outer surfaces (Ra ≤ 0.4–0.6 μm).With precise dimensions, smooth surfaces, and excellent overall cleanliness, the inner surface without polishing can achieve an even better finish than mechanically polished tubing, effectively reducing fluid residue and contamination risks. It is especially suitable for high-purity gas systems, analytical instruments, and instrumentation piping systems that require extremely high cleanliness standards.

ASTM A269 TP316L stainless steel tubing we supply is manufactured using a cold-drawn + online bright annealing process. The outer diameter tolerance can be controlled within ±0.05 mm, with uniform wall thickness and excellent batch consistency. In addition, the tubing offers excellent flexibility, allowing small-radius bending installation to accommodate complex instrumentation layouts. It can also achieve leak-free connections with compression fittings such as Swagelok and Norgren, making it widely used in precision instrumentation control systems for petroleum, chemical, semiconductor, and related industries.

All our stainless steel seamless tubing is packaged according to international standards to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, we bundle the finished tubing together in batches using thick woven plastic bags.
For some special tubing that is easily soiled, scratched, subjected to pressure, or easily damaged during handling, we recommend using wooden crates for protection. Please note that wooden crate packaging incurs additional costs, including not only the cost of the crate itself but also the increased shipping costs, especially in the case of air freight. To enhance the customer experience, we can also provide customized packaging according to your specific requirements.
