GNEE's ASTM A269 TP316L stainless steel bright annealed coiled tubing is manufactured from TP316L low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, with carbon content ≤0.03% and molybdenum content of 2.0–3.0%. It offers excellent resistance to chloride pitting corrosion, with a PREN value ≥25. The tubing undergoes solution heat treatment at a minimum temperature of 1040°C (1900°F), followed by water quenching or rapid cooling to ensure optimal corrosion resistance and mechanical performance. It can operate reliably in long-term service conditions up to ≤600°C.
The TP316L stainless steel coiled tubing is available in outer diameters ranging from 1.6–25 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.4–2.1 mm, with tolerance controlled within ±0.03 mm. Single coil lengths can reach up to 1000 meters without welding, significantly reducing the risk of leakage at connection points and lowering installation costs. The surface is bright annealed, with inner and outer wall roughness of Ra ≤0.4 μm, meeting the high cleanliness requirements for fluid transportation in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and other ultra-clean industries.

Before leaving the factory, ASTM A269 TP316L stainless steel coils are required to undergo flaring test, flattening test, hardness test, reverse flattening test, and hydrostatic test or non-destructive electrical test (such as eddy current test).


Packaging & Logistics Protection
Each coil is available in continuous, unsoldered lengths ranging from 500 to 1,000 meters (1,640 to 3,280 feet), depending on specifications. To prevent deformation during transport, the product is precisely wound onto reinforced seven-layer plywood spools or steel I-beams with diameters ranging from 600 mm to 1,000 mm.
Both ends are sealed with high-density polyethylene (PE) end caps to ensure the inner wall remains dry and free from oil contamination. This packaging method ensures an inner wall roughness Ra ≤ 0.5 μm, and even after thousands of kilometers of sea transport, the ellipticity tolerance remains strictly controlled within 5% of the outer diameter.
