ASTM A790 UNS S31803 SCH10 Stainless Steel Welded Pipes
ASTM A790 S31803 is a standard specification for seamless and welded ferritic/austenitic stainless steel pipes intended for general corrosive and high-temperature applications.

Strictly compliant with ASTM A790 standards, welding requires controlled heat input (0.6-1.5kJ/mm) and interpass temperature (≤150°C), along with nitrogen protection to maintain the balance of the duplex microstructure. Common specifications include outer diameters of 57-2680mm and wall thicknesses of 1.2-60mm, with a delivery condition of heat treatment + pickling.
The application fields of A790 gr S31803 DSS ERW pipes include seawater and marine environments, chemical industries, food processing plants, heat generators, automotive components, boiler parts, and other high-temperature applications. Electric fusion welded duplex S31803 UNS EFW pipes can also be used interchangeably to meet less stringent application requirements.
