Grade 316Ti represents a specialized enhancement of 316, engineered with titanium addition to deliver exceptional high-temperature stability and intergranular corrosion resistance. The 0.10-0.20% titanium content forms stable carbides, preventing chromium depletion during welding and high-temperature exposure-eliminating sensitization risks. It retains 316's molybdenum-enhanced corrosion resistance, making it ideal for environments combining heat and corrosive conditions. Unlike standard 316, 316Ti maintains structural integrity at temperatures up to 800°C, making it the preferred choice for demanding thermal applications.

C ≤ 0.08, Cr: 16.00-18.50, Ni: 10.00-14.00, Mo: 2.00-3.00, Ti: 0.10-0.20, Mn ≤ 2.00, Si ≤ 1.00, P ≤ 0.045, S ≤ 0.030

Mechanical Properties

Tensile Strength ≥ 520 MPa, Yield Strength ≥ 205 MPa, Elongation ≥ 40%, Hardness ≤ 215 HB
