SUS304H High-Carbon Stainless Steel

Description

SUS304H is the high-carbon variant of SUS304, designed for improved high-temperature strength and creep resistance. With a carbon range of 0.04–0.10%, it provides better mechanical stability under long-term elevated-temperature service compared to SUS304 and SUS304L. It retains the austenitic structure and general corrosion resistance of the 304 family while offering enhanced performance under thermal stress. This grade is widely used in high-temperature piping, boilers, heat exchangers, and furnace components where stable strength at high temperatures is required.

C 0.04–0.10, Cr 18.0–20.0, Ni 8.0–11.0, Mn ≤ 2.00, Si ≤ 1.00, P ≤ 0.045, S ≤ 0.030

Advantages

Higher high-temperature creep strength than SUS304 and SUS304L; good oxidation resistance; suitable for elevated-temperature pressure components.
