🔹Project Requirements and Challenges:

The Egyptian project involves pipelines operating under high temperatures and continuous operation conditions (long-term operating temperature of 600–800℃, with short-term peak temperatures reaching up to 850℃). Under these continuous high-temperature operating conditions, the oxidation rate should be ≤0.05 mm/year, and no significant scale peeling should occur after 10,000 hours of continuous operation to prevent pipeline blockage and performance degradation caused by oxide layer detachment.
The inner surface of the 310S pipeline must be smooth to ensure efficient fluid flow: the inner surface roughness Ra≤0.6μm, with no burrs, impurities, or unevenness. Compared to ordinary pipelines, this reduces flow resistance by 12–18%, ensuring stable and efficient media transport.
