🔹Project Requirements and Challenges:
The unique climate of Saudi Arabia poses stringent and specific requirements for the 316L stainless steel pipes used in local projects. Atmospheric salt concentration ranges from 200-350 mg/m³, and relative humidity remains between 65-85% year-round. This harsh environment significantly increases the risk of corrosion for stainless steel products: Strict requirements are placed on the surface finish of the 316L stainless steel square tubes, which must meet 2B or BA surface standards, with a roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, free from scratches and oxidation spots, and a uniform and smooth surface to ensure aesthetic consistency.
