We perform 100% coverage ultrasonic (UT) and eddy current (ET) testing on all S32205 seamless tubes. Following ASTM A790 standards, we calibrate the sensitivity to the V-groove level to ensure the tube wall is free of porosity, cracks, or delamination.

We also pay close attention to surface treatment. Through advanced environmentally friendly pickling and passivation lines or bright annealing processes, coupled with a German-imported Ra digital surface roughness meter, we control the inner and outer wall roughness Ra of our S32205 pipes to within 0.8μm - 1.2μm. This smooth inner surface significantly reduces fluid resistance and effectively prevents localized pitting corrosion caused by microbial adhesion.
