ASTM A249 TP310S welded and drawn tubes are made of 25Cr-20Ni high chromium nickel alloy. They can be used for a long time at 1000-1150℃, and have outstanding resistance to high-temperature oxidation, sulfidation and carburization, making them suitable for harsh high-temperature scenarios such as ethylene cracking furnaces and power plant boilers.
The welding process (ERW/TIG) of ASTM A249 TP310S stainless steel tubes ensures reliable connection, and the weld strength reaches more than 95% of the parent material; the cold drawing process achieves precise dimensions (outer diameter tolerance ±0.15mm, Ra≤1.6μm), and the surface can be pickled, passivated or electrolytically polished, which is suitable for chemical corrosion or high-cleanliness environments of food and medicine.
