Product Introduction
The 304 2B stainless steel sheet is a surface finish achieved by lightly cold rolling the material using polishing rollers after cold rolling and annealing. The surface roughness (Ra) is controlled between 0.4–0.8 μm, resulting in a matte, finely textured sheen that combines the aesthetic appeal of mirror-finished stainless steel with the fingerprint resistance of industrial-grade finishes.
Compared to standard industrial sheets (2D finish), the 2B process includes:
Annealing and softening: Eliminates cold rolling stress and improves ductility.
Precision skin-pass rolling: Reduces surface roller marks and scratches, achieving a flatness tolerance of ≤1.5 mm/m.
