What is 304L stainless steel mirror plate?
304L ultra-low carbon mirror stainless steel plate (ASTM A240 S30403) adopts 8K precision polishing process, with surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm, glossiness ≥85GU, and passed the neutral salt spray test for 48 hours without corrosion. It has both food grade safety (FDA certification) and high-strength processing performance.

What is the difference between 304L stainless steel mirror plate and 304 mirror plate?
Welding corrosion resistance: 304L can resist intergranular corrosion without heat treatment after welding (ordinary 304 welding heat-affected zone is prone to precipitation of carbides and requires additional passivation treatment).
What is the corrosion resistance of 304L stainless steel 8K plate?
Passed the 24-hour neutral salt spray test (NSS), resistant to atmosphere, fresh water, weak acid and alkali (such as pH 4-10) environment, more than 3 times better than 430/201 stainless steel.
304L SS mirror plate welding process: TIG argon arc welding (current ≤100A) is recommended, and electrolytic polishing is required to repair the welding heat-affected zone after welding (to avoid local corrosion)
