What is 316 Stainless Steel Polished Sheet?
316 stainless steel sheet (containing 2-3% molybdenum, ASTM A240 S31600) is an ideal material for kitchens with high humidity, high oil content, and contact with acidic and alkaline ingredients. It has passed FDA food contact certification and 1000 hours salt spray test. The surface can be selected from BA matte or HL brushed, suitable for cabinet panels, sinks and oven linings.
