What is 309S Stainless Steel Cold Rolled Sheet ?
309S stainless steel cold-rolled plate is a medium-high chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel, containing 23% Cr+13% Ni. It is produced by cold rolling process (thickness 0.5-3.0mm). It has long-term high-temperature oxidation resistance at 900℃ and high-precision surface quality. It is widely used in industrial furnace components, high-temperature pipelines, heat treatment equipment and other scenarios. It complies with international standards such as GB/T 24511 and JIS G4305.

Advantages of 309S Stainless Steel Rolling Sheet
309S corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate is resistant to the atmosphere, fresh water, medium-concentration nitric acid and organic acid. It has outstanding anti-sulfidation corrosion performance in sulfur-containing flue gas at 600-800℃. The long-term use temperature reaches 900℃ (short-term peak 1100℃). The oxidation resistance is better than 304 (850℃), and the cost is more than 20% lower than 310S. It is suitable for medium-temperature components of coal-fired boilers and incinerators.
309S stainless steel square plate is supplied in a solution annealed state (1050-1100℃ fast cooling) and can be used without additional heat treatment. The structural stability at high temperature is better than that of ferritic stainless steel (such as 430).
