ASTM A240 310S Stainless Steel Plate strictly conforms to the ASTM A240/A240M-24 standard, making it suitable for pressure vessels, high-temperature equipment, and general industrial applications. It offers excellent mechanical properties with a tensile strength of ≥515 MPa, yield strength of ≥205 MPa, elongation of ≥35%, and a maximum hardness of ≤187 HB. The plate can withstand continuous service temperatures up to 1150°C, and short-term exposure to temperatures as high as 1200°C, offering superior performance over conventional stainless steels.
Our 310S cold rolled stainless steel plates feature high thickness precision, typically ranging from 0.3 to 6.0 mm with 2B finish and tolerance of ±0.05 mm. Surface finishes available include 2B, BA, mirror polish, and matte polish to meet diverse application requirements.
