What is astm a276 321H stainless steel bright bar?
ASTM A276 321H stainless steel round bar is a "high carbon" (H stands for High Carbon) version of 321 stainless steel. By adding titanium (Ti) to stabilize it, its high temperature strength and resistance to intergranular corrosion are significantly improved. It is suitable for harsh environments with long-term service at 400-800°C.

After cold drawing, the 321H stainless steel bright bar is annealed in a protective atmosphere (such as nitrogen) or electrolytically polished, and the surface reaches a mirror-grade finish. It is suitable for precision parts (such as medical equipment and optical equipment). The high temperature resistance is 600-800°C for a long time, and the creep resistance is excellent. It is suitable for high temperature load-bearing parts (such as boiler pipes and turbine brackets).
321H stainless steel bar has good weldability. It is recommended to use titanium-containing welding rods (such as E347). No heat treatment is required after welding, but the interlayer temperature needs to be controlled to be less than 150°C.
